How to Become a User on the College’s Business Account:
Requires a college issued P-Card for all purchases, if you do not have one you must apply and have the card in your possession.
Must email procurement@lafayette.edu for an invite to join our account once you have a P-Card.
Once you accept the invitation, your P-Card must be linked to your account as the ONLY payment method.
Your Lafayette email must be used for this Amazon account login only. Once you are set up, we use SSO (Single Sign On) for login purposes (your network username and password) as SSO makes your Account and P-Card more secure.
Once SSO is activated, as long as you are logged into the Lafayette network on your work PC, SSO and navigate to Amazon Business you will automatically authenticate without being prompted for a username and password. If you are not already logged into SSO, you will be prompted to login to our SSO page (screenshot below for reference)
